Mental Health is such an important subject and we want to do anything we can to offer support and guidance for each of our employees.
Red Umbrella recently provided MHFA training for a number of team leaders and managers across our Charity. The training enabled a number of our staff to really develop their understanding of what mental health is and what factors can affect wellbeing. They have come away with some sound techniques for spotting signs of mental illness and confidence to support others in our workplace.
Our first year with Red Umbrella has been highly effective, the services they provide within their concierge offering and their ability to be flexible around our needs has provided a partnership with which we are very satisfied and will continue.

The health and wellbeing of all members of my staff for me is crucial to the success of our business and I realised very quickly that I was ill equipped to offer the help and support that was needed when a key member of my management team began to show signs of being affected by mental illness.
